2024-25 School Year FREE Sports physicals
PanCare of Florida will be performing FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS at Emerald Coast Middle School during the school day on May 3rd and May 6th.
As required by the Florida High School Athletic Association, any student who participates in an athletic program must have completed an athletic school health physical BEFORE trying out for a team. A sports physical expires 365 days from the date of the physician’s signature. ECMS hopes this relieves you from having to check out students for sports physicals throughout the school year.
STUDENTS MUST PICK-UP A SPORTS PHYSICAL PACKET FROM THE SCHOOL OFFICE BY April 23rd IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A FREE SPORTS PHYSICAL AT SCHOOL
ALL 8TH GRADE SPORTS PHYSICALS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE 8TH GRADER FOR THEM TO SUBMIT TO THEIR HIGH SCHOOL
