You may choose to have your student vaccinated by their primary care physician or at the Florida Department of Health in Walton County.  This immunization is provided at the health department at no cost to the parent. Vaccination appointments for the Florida Department of Health in Walton County may be scheduled by calling (850) 892-8015.
Please turn in the proof of immunization to the school prior to Friday, August 10, 2018, which is the first day of school for students.
